Hi there. I've read through your project requirements, and here's my idea. Users sign up to the site, and each of them get 'x' mb's of disk space on the server (the admin can control each members disk space). Users can then upload their ipod stuff to their own folders (their folders are provided with a complete file management utility, with copy, paste delete, etc.). They can then password protect their folders and then just PM their password to the user(s) they wish to share their passwords with. The site will provide them with the utility to send these PM's as well. As the admin, you have total control over the files and each user, via your admin section. You can also view and set each user's disk space and stats. Looking forward to hearing from you.
