We are looking to create a copy of ifreelance.com.

Here are our project plans.
-copy EVERY function on ifreelance.com
-incorporate payment anbd review structure of getafreelancer.com
-create and use a cartoonish design similar to http://www.dotcombuilder.com with cartoon character and colorful and happy environment and make that the face of the website.

Here's what we are looking for from a bidder.
-you have to have completed a project similar to this scale
-scripts and codes being used will be legal to be used by us
-you would have excellent reviews from other members
-show me a demo site with similar functions or something that will tell me that you are capable of something like this
