I need a website with www.flicker.com features yet with www.istockphoto.com and download features. (only required photo)

User can sign up free and up load pics to their account, then pics will be category into diffence sizes and prices (eg: www.istockphoto.com)

Must be orginal and not clone. Pls sent me example and duration required. Will give more details once bid confirmed.
