Description

The project details are as follows:

I would like to have a dark grey to light grey gradient as the background for www.economicdiscourse.com.

If possible I would like the gradient done with css as it is faster. Otherwise we can go with the next best option.

Also, I want to keep the exisitng drop shadow or reimplement another dropshadow somehow.
