Description: Provide write up as discussed in earlier correspondence on 257818.

Need a complete detailed write up of main plot to use and be understood by any project manager cerainly being a professional firm, they do understand the difficulty dealing with write ups when less experienced firms lack competence and as such will try to make it as detailed and clear as possible with a timeline as a project manager would hand in a work write up to his employee as final draft to developmen. To be written in compliance with highest standard.

Project Manager will outline several ideas after discussion and will settle on a grand plan of which he and I will refine the details according to his expertise in the area. The plan is to be understood to have a timeline of development using standard phases of startup, pick up, critical mass and maturity. The plan will be divised with short, medium and long term objectives for developer as well as managerial direction. Write up is understood to contain the best thought of plan to use any tools, methods, platforms, technologies to maximize the perceived revenue model and suggest multiple income streams.

Provider is welcome to join the design and development to tweak certain things as he may at anytime or even take over the work but understands it is aimed at a project manager that understand whats he doing. Any further deals between the two parties here will have to be discussed further, especially if any services will be offered through the platform and some sort of arrangement can be made.

Any missing point is not to be taken as an advantage but the main point is one of writing up a plan of web development of a cartoon based website that will maximize revenue in the quickest time possible
