I need help with a tedious task for my online travel portal.

I have articles that needs to be uploaded into Wordpress, along with images that needs to be cropped and then uploaded (with captions and links). The ideal candidate will have experience in Wordpress and Photoshop.

The steps that needs to be done:
1. I will give you a RTF document containing text and several links to Flickr images.
2. Upload the text into Wordpress, adding H1, H2 and <B> where necessary. There are also dividers that needs to be added in to make the article read nicely.
3. Should there be hyperlinks, that will need to be changed into a proper <a href=""> tags.
4. Images needs to be downloaded, and cropped accordingly. There will be instructions on how to crop the images in general, but you will make the judgment on how to crop the images (I just need them to be of certain width, etc). Before they are uploaded, will need to add a small inside shadow for the images.
5. Upload the images accordingly, at the proper places in the WP panel. Will need you to add captions and credits as well.
6. Preview the draft article and make sure they look good to go.
7. Add "custom fields" wherever necessary.
8. Add hyperlinks to each of the images (to link towards their respective Flickr pages.
9. Add a "thumbnail" image for the custom fields.

And you're good to go! I will personally check each of the articles before approving them for upload.

I need you to bid to upload 100 articles. The work will be done progressively, and so will the pay.
