I own www.loandocaudits.com. I want to create a new website like www.loansafe.org. I can't have the same colors because i know the owner of that page but I would like to use a similar layout. I'm most interested in creating an online community for people to talk about my product.

for the header links I want:

Home - Forum - testamonials - resources - about - Order Now! - Privacy

then a flash header that explains the process of how to get a loan doc audit from us. I already have the pictures picked out from istock.

I have a mock up I drew on paper... I'm going to try and do it in word so I can show the developer of the site what I'm looking for.

I need to incorporate and customize the vBulleton. It's a software for forums. I will buy this software.

I need to be able to take credit cards online. I guess the easiest would be paypal but it seems childish... maybe just a secured form and when they click submit I get an email then I manually charge it through my merchant account.

I also need the user to upload documents via pdf then I get emailed with the documents.
