Description

I need a mexican restaurant website built. You should be able to use adobe illustrator to modify a logo file and create graphical elements with it. i want three elements. the star shaped things, the side borders, and elements that use the colors. eventually the site will incorporate a CMS.
the site will also incorporate a javascript file from aweber to make a submission form. If you can find images of mexican food and create a flash applet that would be great.

the site will have 9 pages. I will escrow 50 dollars to you to build a really nice home page with the elements you created. then if like it you will be escrowed the rest of the money.

provider who makes the best images and mock site gets bid!
