Description
I am building an article driven website about induction cooking. I need a simple and professional looking design for the pages on my website. I am only looking for one page to be designed that will be the backdrop for the whole website. All formatting must be done with CSS only. The logo with the primary website colors will be sent by PM to the winning bidder. The following items must be included in the design.1. Horizontal Navigation Bar (Top of Page)
2. Vertical Navigation Bar (Down Left Side of Page, under Horizontal Nav Bar.
3. Some kind of div space carved out on the right side of the page under the horizontal nav bar for ppc advertising.
4. Design should make use of mouse over actions and the current page should always be visible on the nav menus.
An example of a page layout I like is www.purelocal.com.
