Description: We are in need of a creative individual that can take a current design that we have, and make it look much more professional than what you see. We have an excellent flash presentation found at - http://www.countonuspr.com/samples/irawealth123/index.html, but when they get into the website HTML portion the design is just very lame and unprofressional.

We need someone that can modify the following pages:

We want the color scheme to be just like the color scheme you see on the Flash Presentation I showed you above - http://www.countonuspr.com/samples/irawealth123/index.html

Remember we want the color scheme to be Gold, Dark Blue, and Silver like you see on the Flash Page. So don't send us something that is not in that color scheme. Use the layout inspiration above and the graphic enhancement ideas.

3. Keep the content the same, but enhance the page.

4. Please be creative with how the pages layout.

5. Use some pictures from IStock or from another source that you have.

6. Create clean looking banners that identify Real Estate Seminar, Business Seminar.

If more information is needed please let me know. Money will be placed in Escrow so you can begin.

We need this project completed within 24-48 from beginning the project. A $20 Bonus is given to the person that can get it to us within that time frame.

Please do not take this project if you cannot complete it within that time frame.
