Description

Looking for a designer / integrator to create a website based on the simple prototype attached. I'm looking for 3 global design maquettes of the homepage from which I can choose one and provide feedback for the design of the pages for the rest of the site.

Please note that beyond simple linking, the only additional functionality will be a "Get A Quote" form that will trigger two emails upon submission: one to our company containing the form data, and a Submission Success email to the user.

I'm looking for competitive quotes which include design, visual content development, integration (XHTML / W3C Standards), and proper SEO coding (include all pertinent tags and attributes).
