Description: I need a Design for a client-an IT Company--in CSS-HTML-table less. Just the Home Page template design. Just one or two images, a nice Header without Flash, simple design with SEO in mind. Preferred colors - White,Gray, some Black,Blue. Full screen - width = 100%, should be properly viewable in IE, FireFox, Safari, and all major Browsers.

Reference sites: brandmantra.net, finerdesign.com, mbwebdesign.co.uk, cadwebsitedesign.com, kangainternet.com, dewittsmedia.com.

Please post your portfolio of designs, or design a mockup -- CSS only.

Thank you all for bidding and posting your bids and portfolios, but none of the designs come close to what i am looking for. Please show me your creativity and show me a MOCKUP of your ideas with my requirements.

PS: If i like a bidders design, I will also need a design for an SEO company.

And please - No High Prices and extravagant bid amounts--I know what the rates are for Design and the prices at Template sites. I am not new to Freelancing.
