Description

I need a talented designer/CSS expert to redesign the look and feel of my site and to produce a CSS that fits with the existing HTML.

Requirements:

1. The design should be completed in a web 2.0 manner using the wireframe attached and the HTML of the existing site
2. Applicants should send me links to some sites they have completed previously via Private Message so I can see work you have done
3. Designs and CSS will need to be produced for 4 basic pages – I will PM links to the pages I need redone. Most of the main elements on these pages are the same or similar.
4. All 4 pages to have a consistent look and feel
5. Before starting work on the CSS I will sign off on the design of each page
6. The CSS must validate using http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/
7. The existing heading tags (<h1>, <h2>, <h3> etc.) will need to be maintained in their current order if the CSS is disabled
8. The dimensions of the ad blocks should be maintained as per the wireframe
9. There are some minor changes required to the existing site that are detailed in the wireframe and highlighted in yellow.
a. search box should be located at the bottom of the page in addition to the existing box at the top
b. a new call to action (List your products) should be in the top right of all pages
c. some of the ad styles are changed slightly
10. The design should fit a 1024 x 768 screen resolution with no sideways scrolling
11. The CSS should work in the latest browsers for Internet Explorer, Firefox and Safari
