I would like my website redesigned

-It needs to look professional
-To have a shopping cart, using paypal and credit cards payment
-To use coupon codes
-To be able to set different prices for particular members-like 10% off for user Tom etc.
-It needs full seo
-and very importantly be easily updated by me, either on dreamweaver or in an admin section.
