Description: Dear Freelancers

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

We require a new web site for a business that does bookkeeping and related office services. One of the business partners has put forth a design for an owl with the intention that a 3D owl will be the logo on the web site. We can supply the sketches and 3D model as it is – depending on your overall design the owl can be modified to achieve a terrific result.

(1) The web site will have a few pages about products, services, software onsale and training.
(2) We would also like a password-protected area for the clients to log on and say access files related to them. These files will be uploaded via an Administration screen so that our bookkeepers can upload the files for individual clients and obtain feedback from the clients. The Administration area needs to allow us to create new client accounts, monitor usage of those accounts, amount of space used up by each account, and log of activities: uploads and downloads.
We want the website to be fresh, and present a mixture of ease of use with some degree of respect – our clients are business people who require us to be honest, responsible, reliable and dedicated. The web site must represent such image. (The choice of owl came about from trying to express that overall feeling).
Use of flash on the opening page may be useful (although not necessary).
We are looking for genuine offers only.
Our budget is limited – this is a startup business. Working knowledge of English to communicate is necessary.
