Description

I need a designer who can create a template for a new website. It needs to convey a professional image without being stiff. I want simple, but stylish. It's a website about money-making opportunities, so the header image needs to reflect that. The slogan to the left, the image to the right.

I'd like the page to load quickly. I will enter the body text myself.

I am considering changing the header image on specific pages to align with the topic. For example, if the template index page has a computer blasting money at someone, the real estate link may take you to a page that has the slogan and a house on the header. The stock market page may have a picture of the Wall Street street sign, etc. I need to be able to change the image along the top or I need a really good price for setting up the additional pages. Once the general template is made, everything (except the image and maybe the color or just background color) will stay the same.

I have an idea of what I want and I can explain a little more, but am willing to consider an attractive web layout even if it is outside of what I had in mind.

I believe I need the layout to be done in Photoshop but will need to confirm that. I have to piece it out and place it in our website tools. If you're familiar with EZ NET Tools, that's a huge plus (but I don't expect you to be).
