Description: I am looking for a company to maintain my Web Site and develop marketing communication brochures, etc. brochures must be in Adobe InDesgn and other CS2 products.

This will be a long term agreement and I want to pay on a monthly basis. Initial work on the brochures will take some time, but will drop off after that.

Not sure how to put price on this project. Web site is www.elec-di.com. It is php. Will consider conversion to html.

Please provide proposal on how you can support this effort and pricing.

There are some issues with the report center area and the mysql database which will require some work.
