Description

We have need for a designer for ongoing projects.

Projects:
1. Update our header sections to our 3 websites (using some flash (intermediate skills required), some Illustrator (source files in Illustrator CS2) and a little Fireworks, and photoshop.

I have most of the source files. See the attached, they are for our 3 sites listed below:
negotiations.com - have all source files
negotiationtraining.com.au - don't have flash source file
calumcoburn.co.uk - have all source files, right hand images are large jpg files requiring optimisation (would ideally like a design upgrade for this site, to look more professional - please ignore for the purposes of this project)

By 'update' I'm mean 'swap out' country's flags, and images of the earth. Countries/regions to add: UK Australia USA EUR Singapore Greece China UAE. So both of the attached 2 sites need to have a header for each of the above countries/regions.

2. Update text on business cards, letterheads and compliment slips (using Illustrator CS2 or more recent). This project should be very easy and pretty quick to complete.

Please don't bid if you are an Indian or Pakistani national, repeated bad past experiences mean I don't want to waste your time.

The strongest feedback will be given, as with my previous feedback on existing and past providers, and my preference is to create an ongoing relationship for all related design needs. I do regularly refer work on from associated companies.
I don't mind whether you are an individual or a company.

Moneybookers and paypal are preferred methods of payment. I will need an invoice, even if it's a basic invoice - I can provide a pro-forma.
