Create a design for website: www.rainwatertankrebate.com.au following specific criteria

This website is about SELLING rainwater tanks and recieving the rainwater tank rebate.

Basically we are advertising the local rebates on rainwater tanks. We want to visually illustrate, what you can use the rainwater tanks for in your home. That is the toilet, the washing machine, washing your car, watering the lawns and gardens.

I would idealistically want this website design created with real photos and using graphic designs to cut in the rooms and cars and what not. If this is realistically not possible I would like this illustrated very well by cg artists.

The idea is to advertise the rainwater tank rebates by selling tank installations and directing them with all rebate instructions.

We are basically following an idea similar to http://www.hotwaterrebate.com.au/ they are using this realistic feel by using real photos that interact. This is my purpose also.

You will receive photos of the tanks that we are advertising, but all other photos used will need to be provided by you.
There will be advertising slogans that need to be placed just liked the example webpage of the hotwater rebate.
