Description

I’m looking for a talented an profesionnal web designer, who’s fast and efficient.

The project requires to design a web 2.0 dummy design (non functional) for a web portal. I will provide you a very detailed layout for every page I need and I’ll show you some precise examples on other websites and templates.

I want the designer to incorporate his talents and skills to come up with a CLEAN, SIMPLE and ELEGANT design. I don’t want any kind of heavy graphics.

The project include the design AND integration in HTML/CSS (non functionnal) of 7 pages. Only 2 pages are different from the others and need a little bit more creative work. The rest is disposing informations and module boxes. I also need a favicon (bookmark icon) and integration of a bold logo (I will provide you with the font).

Other requirements:

Central Layout
Light gradients background
Light roll-over on main menu
Respect web standards for internal and external links
Must deliver the final product in HTML/CSS
Must show me the first draft in .jpg before coding (to save time for everyone)
The ultimate requirement concerns the delay, I need the project over BEFORE february 15th.

The payment schedule will be like this (all funds will be managed with freelancer’s applications):

1/3 when you deliver and I approve the first draft in .jpg
2/3 when the 2 principal pages are programming in HTML/CSS at my satisfaction
3/3 when the project is finished

When this is done, I have another similar project.
