Hi,

We do have 4 websites:

3maly.com (male)/ heya4jobs.com (female)
Details:
- Job portal.
- Junior positions i.e secretary, clerks, and ect...
- Intended for Arabic and English (soon) users
- Managed with a Typo3 CMS
- Menu sequence are as follows (from right to left: Jobseeker, Employers, Home Page, and FAQ)

crecruiter.com
Details:
- Job portal.
- Managerial positions
- Intended English users
- Static HTML / CSS

arabicmapp.com
Details:
- Site intended as a tool for Human Resources and personal assessment for individuals.
- Static plain and Dynamic (PHP)
- PHP / MySQL based site.

Our requirements:
- The templates accustomed with Typo3 CMS plain xHTML / CSS and follow color coding from the present websites except for Crecruiter (not orange background).
- Strictly images are does not contain any human image as much as possible. If there is, it should be on vector, not complete human figure (meaning to say from head to foot), and of local people only.
- Will award and pay for the winning designer.
- Max budget is $100.
