I need some one very creative designer which could implement vista glassy style. Attached are two images, which already have been rejected. So make something extra ordinary and prove your abilities and be our permanent employee.

You'll be using attached images, to use them as menus but you can adjust everything of your own choice to make something more interactive. Design would be of your own choice, but try to follow Microsoft office application styles. Design should be matched with white background. Try to use most common fonts as used in MS applications.
