1. I need a Vbullentin message board redesigned to look professional for a rap music website. This is the site.

2. One Main Header Image Design incorporating overall "theme" of website

Winning bidder will have knowledge of CSS, VBullentin Admin Panel and any tools necessary to redesign message board.
