URGENT - need this doing right away - I have 1 hour!

I have a page that doesn't open well in some Explorer browsers on PC.

Attached is a Word doc showing screen grab of how it is appearing. Also attached a screen grab of how it should appear.

I am uploading html files x 2 (both need fixing) and the screen grabs.
