I am looking for some one who is really expert in web site design and will be able to provide the web site layout according to the document which will be provided and will have all the information in it.

Further details will be provided to the winner but make sure you will be able to deliver in next 5 to 6 hours and the final output will be in PSD/JPEG (no HTML for now)
