Description: We are in need of someone that can put make a template for x-cart from a psd file. Here is the design http://www.portablecellular.com/images/portcellwebsite.jpg and we need it put on this site. http://www.portablecellular.com. You will see that we have tried to do it but unable to finish.

We are looking to have this done within 10 days of accepting the bid. All payments will be paid through gaf escrow. We will pay half of the bid in the beginning of the project. Once project is done we will need take 7 days of testing it and making sure everything is functioning correctly. Then the rest will be paid through gaf escrow.

Bids should be between $150 - $250. This should be an easy project for anyone that has done x-cart designing.
