Description: I need an experienced designer/programmer to design & code one template in standard-based XHTML Strict and CSS. Need this to be in exceptionally high quality.

You have to design the corporative image and logo. It will be a website for small energy business.

You will have to do the main page and few secondary pages with a very serious image. The header have to be done in flash (but it doesn't have to include the main menu, it have to be coded in HTML or JavaScript). The flash have to be very narrow. The main menu have to be under the flash. It also have to be a footer with Copyright and some other contact information and XHTML/CSS validation.

The page needs to render perfectly on all the major browsers including IE 7, IE 6, Safari/Macintosh, Fire Fox 2.X, Fire Fox 1.5. Delivery is not complete until tested on all the browsers.

It have to validate standard XHTML, CSS and Accessibility.

You will have to give us all the .psd and .fla, due to we can make changes on.

The main page will be a 2 column layout, a lateral bar for news. In the middle a list of featured articles.

It will have a secondary page with a list of items (with a photograph and a short description). We need another secondary page with an article (photographs + text + header and subheaders).We also need a contact form and a FAQ(Frequently Asked Questions) page.

It have to be a login form and a quick search form.

It have to be done very quickly.

All work copyright have to be for me, so no links from your website.
