Description
I need someone to code a PSD into a Drupal template compatible with the latest version of Drupal (see attached for a screenshot). Should be compatible in all major browsers and operating systems. Should be W3C Valid and valid CSS. Also make sure that it is vertically expandable without showing where the sidebar repeats.
