Description:	Project Description: Deadline: You specify but must be delievered with in 10 days of your estimated time. HTML starter’s index and content pages: 10 templates (starter sites) Designs must be more then color differences to be counted towards the ten. Most should have Index Page Content page Contact page (see examples of what we are looking for : These designs should reflect common styles, formats used in the United States. Design Should not be done in PSD format unless it’s used to create navigation bars; but should be sliced very effectively for future editing. It’s preferred to use tables and cells with fireworks or flash content. Professionalism: Designs must reflect a professional feel both in color and layout. What do we mean by a starter page? (index or starting point page) These pages can be broken up into several big cells and tables used to place images that link to content pages. [Example: Two rectangles image blocks with graphics designed to divide incoming traffic. Consumer products vs corporate products. Or three blocks with (web hosting, domain names, website creation).] These pages would direct the user to a content page. Which would have the same navigation bar, and header but configured for content. The preferred design is the 3 column horse shoe design. [Header, 2 side columns, and a wider center for text and image content.] We are a hosting company looking to make it easy for our clients to get on the web with out using a site builder. You may contact me to send you PDF drawings of concepts we have in mind for this project. We will pay promptly and we are seeking web designers to out source to on a routine basis. I have posted projects on this site before and had horrid experiences with the delivery of work. This project is not best suited for: An Established United States firm seeking top dollar for their projects Is not suited for individuals who can not perform the task themselves but intend to find people in there home country. We wish to deal directly with the designer. We do not judge on race, color, or nationality. I have attempted to develop bigger projects but have decided to focus on smaller cash generating projects at first to develop capital. What this means to you is a chance to do far more then one project. I need to find you and five more people like you over the next year. When posting a bid please do provide the following: 1) List your country of origin 2) Only post a single price (no hourly rate quotes accepted) 3) Do not offer other items such as (S.E.O or Hosting) 4) List the number of parties who may work on a project. 5) List at least at web addresses to sites you have completed 6) List the fact you understand these pages (designs) are for two to three pages per starter template). 7) That you are fine getting paid at completion. We have paid funds to parties who have never completed projects. We will pay. You can opt for escrowing funds you paying the cost of escrowing taking out of bid. Be assured we are looking for designers to freelance project to we are not looking to ripe off people. Nor do we wish to be taken advantage of. 8) State if these will be standard pricing for future projects or an introductory project price to get noticed by us. 9) Please state if you have any or all of the following programs for communications: AIM, Yahoo messenger, and Skype. 10) Included completion estimate. When you post to make a bid please do not say we are eager to begin or similar phrases. I am looking for people who can and will complete the project on a budget. Note to all bidders: 1) Bidder must be able to open and receive PDF format 2) Bidder must complete project no later then 10 days from date given to complete project. 3) Bidder must be able to understand English enough to complete projects. 4) We will immediately end all work and will never accept a bid again from parties who demand more funds for posted project then what was bid. This project is a test to locate and find affordable talent. We will try a bidder who offers rock bottom prices and we will try a bidder who requests a little more. We will accept bidders who offer an introductory please state what your normal rate would have been so we can estimate that on future projects with you. All designs will be our property once you are paid. No hidden scripts, codes or links can be concealed with in the web pages. We look forward to meeting and talking with many of you.
