Bid On This Project

Description

The web site design has already been created in photoshop as .psd files. We need a designer with experience in HTML and Photoshop to convert the Photoshop file into HTML.

The first .psd file contains the site home page. The home page has a header, menu bar, and 4 main images. Create a HTML page from the .psd by slicing the images and placing them into a HTML table. Create mouseover link hover effect for all clickable areas (menu bar items and 3 category images on this page). I've attached an image of the home page to give you an idea.

Using the home page as a template (every page has same header and menu bar), create web pages for the remaining 10 .psd files. Each of the 10 .psd files is a page of the print catalog. Slice each one and put in it's own web page. No additional linking or mouseovers need to be created, other than the main menu bar mouseovers which should appear on every page.

There will be a total of 11 web pages. This should be an easy job if you know how to use the right software.

Since this site is image-heavy the images need to be optimized well, without sacrificing image quality. Use .jpg and .gif for images. The code must be valid at http://validator.w3.org.

Please post in the Clarification Board before bidding if you have any questions.

You must show examples of your previous work in order to bid. If you bid without sending me examples of your work, your bid will be ignored.

EDIT: The additional 10 product pages really do not need "slicing" so to speak. Once the home page is built, the additional product pages can be scaled to fit, optimized, and just inserted in a new web page underneath the menu bar. So the slicing actually takes place on the home page only, and just resizing and optimization on the other 10 pages.
