Description: Hi =).

I am new here and never thought of getting a freelancer to do my work, but I do not have the time. I need someone to create a single page design, it will be for hosting affiliates (I am sure you have heard this before).

I will provide the actual content writing, I just need the basic single layout similar to of course:

http://www.best-web-hosting-2008.com/

but something with more than just that single block of crappy info/reviews, sort of like
http://webhostinggeeks.com/
That way I can add things as I need. Also it wont have to be as long because I am not affiliating with 10 or more hostings. (PM me for more info)
I want to be able to add pages if I need or want to very easily, and be able to use the same or similar layout on other pages. If you PM me I can discuss more of what I want that I don't want posted here.
If you can, I want a nice rounded design (rounded rectangles etc) and have the Photoshop and Dreamweaver files (Photoshop more preferred). But I want to be able to add content easily.

The only problem is I might not have the money right away, but if you are interested in a sort of JOINT VENTURE we can set up a good relationship and I can pay you commissions on up to the first 10-15 sales! Payouts are pretty substantial as well (it will be more than what my budget says). If you are interested in that idea, PM me, otherwise you can still place your bid.

Oh P.S. I also want it SEO optimized, if you can.
