Description

our target audience is 13-30 so it needs to be very fresh and funky.

project scope is as follows

1) create 1 PSD template which is basically one box with pritty colors around it.
2) chop up into HTML.
3) flash knowledge will definitely be an advantage and happy to pay extra.

I will provide examples of existing templates.

if you can provide examples of some of your work that will be great.
