Looking for a professional web designer to create a cutting edge Lead Generation web site. This site will primarily target Northern California Homeowners (Possibly entire USA Homeowners) that are looking to renovate/re-do. re-landscape/new or, re-concrete/new or, re-masonry/new r, Restore swimming pool Redo Pool tile, plaster, Redo pool decking in there yard/home. This is primarily a Lead Generation site (www.renovatemyyard). There are other sites similar such as servicemagic.com, reliableremodeler.com, renovationexperts.com, myfreeestimates.com, mycontractorlocator.com, homeimprovementportal.com, bidclerk.com, needcontractor.com and more. These sites have been provided for qualifying bidders to get ideas to present to me for the new site called (www.renovatemyyard)

Ideally,people/homeowners looking for some sort of renovation will be draw in to this site and fill out a quick form(s) listing the types of projects I have mentioned in this project detail.
The qualified bidder will be able to develop a working web-site ready to target the homeowners looking to renovate their yard/property with a focus in Landscape, Concrete, Masonry, Retaining Walls, Block, Outdoor Kitchens & Outdoor Fireplaces, Swimming Pool restoration/renovations. Our main Geographical focus needs to target Homeowners in the Northern California areas of Sacramento/Granite Bay/Roseville/Loomis/Rocklin/Auburn/Newcastle/Folsom/El Dorado Hills/Fair Oaks/Fair Oaks/Orangevale/Lincoln/Davis/Fairfield/Woodland/Chico/Yuba City/Grass Valley/Lake Tahoe/Truckee/Tahoe City/Kings Beach/Northstar/Squa Valley/Tahoe Donner.

Although the above cities will be my main focus...as this is my own personel market. I want to be able to bring in Sales Leads anywhere in the US where there are people looking for these types of services (i.e. landscape, concrete, masonry, outdoor fireplaces, outdoor kitchens, Built-in BBQ's, Block walls, Stucco, Brick, Flagstone, Natural Stone, Low Voltage Lighting, Stamp Concrete, Sod Lawns, Hydro-seeding, Irrigation/Sprinklers, Grading/Excavating, Planting, Gardens, Landscape Maintenance) so I can sell these leads to other industry professionals.


The winning bidder will have given this some thought and explain there ideas to me before acceptance. Upon acceptance provide a working copy of this web site throughout the design process for assessment. Bidders also to provide examples of their work/completed working web sites. I am looking forward to building a professional working relationship with the winning bidder as this project is just the Tip of the IceBerg! Many other projects ready to go if this works out.
