Description

I need some redesign of a template i am using. I have made some roughs illustrating the design and it really is unique. It will require some serious photoshop/illustrator skills. The redesign consists of a background image, something like tutorial9.net but alot more simple, just some curves and lines going upwards. A logo/banner, some kind of figure/mascot and at last a major graphic intensiv login/registration page(Some hours work). I have roughs for all these...
But i dont have a big budget. The theme of the site is "a heaven like place with clouds and light etc."
