Description

I would like a graphic replica of realtor.com done in PSD, that I can cut up and use. The nav and color should be changed, but all in all the look and feel very similar. I have attached images and links of the pages I want and notes on the images.

The graphics should be re-done in photoshop so I can cut it up, ~~~NO TEMPLATES~~~.

and please no, templates. and no just re-pasteing the realtor.com images, I will need clean ones to cut up and use.

Let me know what you think this should cost. Like I said, i will need to be able to use the psd and cut it up.

After working for 13 years in a major Portuguese Graphic Company (Ambar, SA) in the Investigation and Development department as a maquette and final arts maker, I'm starting to work as independent worker in this area. I've got a long experience of design, drawing (manual or vectorized art) photo mask and retoutching, editing and in final arts. I 've got a degree in Marketing Management made at the Portuguese School of Marketing and Administration (IPAM) and I made professional formation in Photoshop, Freehand and QuarkXpress. I've also made a workshop called "Drawing in action", by the Arts School of Vila nova de Cerveira with Professor José Rodrigues and Sá Nogueira. Soon I'll pm some work examples.
