Description:	This is a quick and simple project, in which I am providing the html/php file with 2 tables already prepared, with 2 buttons. I want the look of these tables (and the 2 buttons) to be made to look more professional in the web 2.0 style. Essentially, there are 2 tables, with a gap in between. One represents a box for 'unregistered users' to quickly register and continue; the other box is a login form taking email and password for the user to login. These tables get displayed at the top of my website, when users try to perform something that it only available to registered users. So these tables either allow (a) unregistered users to regiser and continue, or (b) registered users to login. You need to keep the input boxes for the name,email, password where shown - but should adjust text size/style. Please see attached file which illustrates the project. I do not require any coding, or handling of the login etc. This project is ONLY for the graphic design. Due to the simple nature of this project, I would like all bids to submit a quick "impression" as a jpg (for example) showing the effect/style you would provide your solution in. This can be just for one of the tables. I require this in order to decide between bids. If you cannot provide a quick illustration of what you would provide, I cannot consider your bid. Thanks.
