Professional Website Graphics (Headers, buttons, etc)

Dear All, We require a *PROFESSIONAL* graphics designer to ammend an already existing website, to re-design some elements such as header bars etc. The website to be redesigned is: [login to view URL] For this task WE REQUIRE A SAMPLE MOCKUP. IF YOU CANNOT PRODUCE US WITH A SAMPLE OR MOCKUP - ****DO NOT BID ON THIS PROJECT****. So to make that absolutely clear. The things we would like to change are: - The black navigational bars, these are a bit too plain and simple. We would like an image to replace these - that looks professional - The top menu could do with making a bit more pro. Please note we DO NOT wish to change the header images, the logo, or any of ithe content of the site - wer just need these extra elements re-vamped. Please include your mockup in JPG format as a screenshot of the site. I have attached a copy for your help. The winning bidder must also have MSN messenger.
