Hello Service Providers,

We run a latin social networking site that is powered by PHPFOX. We are looking to work closely with an experienced individual or team of website designers (STRONGLY PREFERRED) to re-design and give our social networking website a complete make over. We need a strong yet fun looking site template that will keep users around and coming back.

We need a professional looking theme that vaguely mimmicks our top competitor, migente.com. Have a look around MiGente to gather some ideas on how our site could look like that, but with a touch of your magic! Our site is thelatinoave dot com, have a look around and see what you would be working with.

Job Duties Include:

Jobs:
-Website Design
-Logo Design
-Flash
-Graphic Design
-Banner Design
-Photoshop
-Javascript
-AJAX

Redesigning:
-Profiles
-Account Area (Settings and so forth)
-Homepage & Member Homepage
-Chat (Flashchat)
-Community (and all under (Forums, Gallery, Blogs, Events, Polls, Groups, Arcade, Quizzes ect.))
-Account settings
-Static Pages
-and all inbetween

Requirements:
-Must have an extensive background in web design
-Over the age of 18
-Have a strong portfolio (Must have!)
-Strong communication and Constant Follow-ups

We will work close with the individual or team taking on this job via yahoo or msn messenger. From there, we will discuss in depth how the design should look.

Payment Notes: 25% of the total winning price will be paid up front and the rest, when the project is completed (unless a new mutual agreement is made).

Forgot to mention, the final product should NOT resemble the current software PHPFOX. We want our members to think our script was built from ground up. Everything MUST look different about our script from the default script.
