Description: I need a PSD ( Photoshop template ) created from the following website... jcdolaninsurance(dot)com. I also need the "News" graphic fixed, as you can see the image looks crappy. The following areas need to be editable text:
Top left logo area.
Top right navigation.
Links.
Additional discounts.
Copyright at the bottom.
Also the both sides of the welcome area needs to be dynamic text.

I need this work done this weekend. It should take that long. It needs to look the same way it does now.
