Description

Hi, i want a website design made for a paris hilton fansite that my friend wants to open.

heres some paris hilton sites that are already online to get a feel of the work and designs needed

Requirements
1. i would like a horizontal drop down menu similar to ParisFan.org
2. layout to feature high use of CSS and avoid using tables
3. website built for 1024*768 screen resolution (fixed, not stretched)
4. splash page and main design layout needed
