Description

I need a 1 page design mockup and code that mockup as HTML needed.

The design details I have all laid out including navigation and color scheme and logo will be provided.

I need a mockup ready within 1-2 days and then code after approval of the mock. Will require PSD so I can make small edits to the mock you provide.

This mockup is for a permanent cosmetics company which is basically makeup for women that is tattooed so if you have feminine examples of website (very girly YET professional) please show examples.

Budget is $100 max total. Will require a simple flash transition banner. Need mockup to be 950px wide.

*** i have attached a project overview - but i have a zip with images and things to be used with the design to make it easier so i will need to email it to you since the zip is too big for gaf ***
