Hi,

I need a website converting from PSD to XHTML:
(The site has 50 pages total so there are 50 pages to code, most are inner pages very similar a few are different)

1.Entirely hand-coded XHTML/CSS Strict not Transitional
2.Complete separation of markup and presentation
3.Page and image optimizing to reduce loading time - This is a HIGH priority
4.Tableless coding(using DIV tags)
5.Valid XHTML/CSS
6. Displays the same with Internet Explorer 7.0 and 8.0,Firefox 2.0 and 3.0, Opera 8.0 to 9.0 and Safari 3.0 Windows, Google Chrome, etc.
7. Pixel perfect quality
8. SEO optimised
9. mouseover effects on some buttons.
10. Internal page links
