Description: I need a one page web design.

I am looking for another freelancer who can design quality sites to at least the standard of this link:

I am very happy with all existing freelancers - I just need another style at times.

I am really looking for someone in a low cost of living country as our clients often have very small budgets!

Regular work would include projects with small budgets $30 - $100 plus projects with $100 - $300 budgets.
