I'm looking for someone who can create a very professional looking newsletter for us. It is meant for an online shop selling manicure sets and other nail care / nail beauty products. The newsletter should also cover relevant topics including beauty tips, the free gifts we are planning to give away with every purchase and other stuff which is of interest to this particular category of buyers. The site will be launched in some time and will incorporate these newsletters in that. I will also be emailing them to all my customers.

You must design the news-letter in HTML. The appearance must be tough, fast, creative.
Looking for some nice graphics/photo to enhance our message.
The English language skills are absolutely a must.

Initially it is planned to be published on my website twice a month and I am expecting the design for first three newsletters in the price you quote. You should be prepared for implementing my suggestions and revise the contents, if required for a few times. This will be an on-going task, provided I like the contents and presentation.
