Profits is our accounting software which can be purchase by the module or as a complete package. It can also be customized to suit the needs of the user. It is a multi-user, Win32 application with character screens for fast and easy data entry.

Fujitsu ISAM File Access – This program allows customers to access Fujitsu ISAM data files from Excel and other products that support ODBC/OLE interfaces. The main use of this product is to allow 3rd party products to access FUJITSU ISAM files. This would include Excel, Access and Crystal Reports. You can also use this product as a way to export data into another database such as mySQL.

PCL2WinPrt will take a PCL data file, process it and send it to a windows printer driver. This will allow you to send print files that are compatible with HP laser printers to any windows printer, such as an inkjet that does not support PCL commands. It is a command line utility that can be run from a DOS window, in a batch file or called from your own application.

Services would probably start off as a single page or two. We just need some basic marketing information below each heading. Later these would be expanded upon. As with the other areas you write the first draft and we will help rework it until happy with it.

The knowledge base should allow searching for keywords and displaying a list of documents that the words are found in. My guess is that the documents will be stored in PDF format, but if you have other suggestions let me know.

Request a service call should be a simple email form asking contact info and a place for specifics on the purpose of the service call.

The contact page would be a simple page listing contract info, hours and holiday schedule.

I’m not interested any keeping anything (including the look) from the existing site. . I have uploaded samples of our existing graphics to www.pcsinfo.com/artwork. In that same folder I have included samples of our business cards, letter head, CD artwork and a web page we use on or installation CD.

Customer area would provide password secured upload and download areas. There would be a general area that all customers could access (download software updates and utilites) and a private area for each customer where they could upload files for us to download and we could upload files for them to download.

We will setup users/passwords and send the login information to the customer. It should have the ability to block access based on a termination date.

The site should be search engine friendly.

We should be able to make to make minor changes to the site in-house.

Would prefer to work with one company that can handle all aspects of the site, writing the copy, artwork, database integration and design.
Site will probably be hosted on 1and1.net site. If you have a preferred hosting location we would consider that as well.

If you have done similar sites please email URL’s for review otherwise any sample of your work is fine.

We can provide key words and phrases but will need to rely on you for the actual copywriting.
