Description: We need a entire layout designed and integrated for our modified oscommerce based store.

We need the new layout/design to include the following

* Dynamic horizontial drop down menu with the ability to edit all features from the admin such as color, width, height, translucent effects and add new categories across and drop down choices

The layout should be light weight for fast loading while having a professional look and feel to it. We would like the use of rounded corners, shadows, gradients with a blue, grey theme

We will need to be able to work with the designer to end up with a layout we are satisfied with and can approve for live integration.

The project will be considered complete once the design is complete and integrated live.
