Project One – Basic Company Site

New Tourist Company needs a new, simple, static web site. Design similar to www.southafrica.com (with a modified menu and change of logo, photos, text, colour scheme etc). Site is to support two languages (English & German).
New Unique business Logo (choice of three) suitable for Company its services the region and web site.
3x Banners for link exchange - choice of three (nine all together).
Templates based on above site design required for:

Home Page
Accommodation Overview Page
Accommodation Detail Page
Activities Overview Page
Activities Detail Page
Services Overview Page
Services Detail Page
Events Overview Page
Events Overview Page
Region Overview Page
Region Detail Page
Visitor Overview Page
Visitor Detail Page
Info Page (for Contact Us, About Us, T&Cs, FAQs, News Stories etc)
404 Error Page
Contact Us Form with options for Message Subject and 5 other titles.

Site must be coded to comply with XHTML 1.0 Transitional, and work without error using Firefox 2+, Explorer 6+, and pass latest version of DreamWeaver 8 Validation test without error. Must also pass without error Dreamweaver 8 HTML Reports (all options ticked; Combinable Nested Font Tags, Missing Alt Text, Accessibility, Redundant Nested Tags, Removable Empty Tags, Untitled Documents).

All text, pictures will be provided. One of each page template to be filled with text (English & German) and pictures for testing.

Site is to be SEO. Not to include any illegal Google actions.
Site is to be optimized for performance.
Site should be easily maintained – new pages added etc in Dreamweaver 8.
The site will be hosted by http://www.u2-web.com/
Site required to be completed and tested (by you and us) by 12 August.
Ongoing level of support to be agreed after completion/payment of site.

Developer Requirement:
Budget - can be extended if required.
Must be able to show examples of similar, previous work – and contact customer.
Must have good English (written and verbal).
Money will be put into escrow NO payment before completion.
