Description

Hi,

We're a small neighborhood needing a Web presence. We are looking for a homepage and subpage templates. We can handle the content of the site but need a clean, well thought out main page and a template for subpages. As part of the project we'd like the main page plus three subpage templates which include the same template but display different methods of presenting data (1 using only a header and footer, one which contains a text area with sample text, and one containing a contact form). You will be expected to cut and code the template and subpage templates into standards-compliant XHTML/CSS (tableless) pages. Also during the final transaction, please provide the fonts used in the templates and the original, layered Photoshop source files for the templates plus all of the images that make up the templates.

This will not be a complex project. A good example is www.bayvillage.net We'll cover more specifics with the selected party.

The selected party will need to provide a preview of the templates on their server where we can access them. Small modifications may be required prior to delivery and final payment.

Please provide links to your portfolios and do not bid if you cannot cut and code the templates into standards-compliant XHTML/CSS (tableless) pages. http://validator.w3.org/

With that said, this should be a simple task but we are in immediate need of a finished product.

i can do this better then the website you gave me.. i can even do forms that people can fill out when they come to your website i can even make sure it gets on the top of the search engines for little more, i live in the us (seattle) and i can call you as we do this over the phone small project will take me about a hour on the phone. pretty easy stuff. i can even do it so when someone sends you a comment it will go as a text message to you cell phone if you would like.
