I have a website that I need to dress up and redesign.

Header and footer should be .php

I need new site to meed all
css and html standards and validation

Site has homepage and 6 secondary pages.

Need professional looking header made for site as well.

Site will be done in a few stages. first stage will be making site template, header and getting it to look good.

Second stage will be formatting. And other stuff

Budget for first stage, which includes header, overall site design and homepage is $90
