Description: Here's the deal. Domain is premium. Cartoonopia.com . I am stuck for months as I am clueless on how to make up either a revenue model or a site with potential to cash in on traffic by forgoing revenue for future revnue model.

Need a smart individual with an entrepreneurial go getter personality to give me ideas on developing the site. All bidders will HAVE to write up a summary of what to create out of space and add tie up their skills into making such happen.

Chosen provider will make the site, design it to the fullest from own and set a deadline to produce (ie, no slacking). I will discuss plan and take care of ad costs, hosting and other misc costs. We sign agreement, and go 60-40 or 55-45 depending on future maintenance. Term is also decided.

Need bold thinkers, need experience in area, need innovation. Need TRUST. This will be fully enforceable and provider should better be serious and quick on his feet.
